Everyone asks "How did you crazy guys end up rock racing?" Well, it all started with the first FREE Jeep® Jamboree ever to be held in Mexico back in March of 2002 which attracted offroaders from the states of Aguascalientes, San Luis Potosi, Jalisco, Michoacan, DF, Queretaro, Tampico, and Guanajuato. We began to hold these trail runs to meet new people and wheel! 2002 also brought birth to various top truck challenge style events that popped up all over Mexico. We attended, placed in some, and had a blast! But something was missing. That something was Extreme Rock Crawling and Rock Racing! We continued the Free Jeep Jamboree tradition in June of 2003 but decided to end the trail runs and go more extreme. In 2003, we decided to make our dream come true so we began exploring and building trails at PLANET GTOROCKS®, which is currently the largest and most extreme offroad park for this rock motorsport in Mexico. This place is a paradise with transvolcanic rock that offers great traction, inclines and competition gates for all levels! Plus the views and action pics up there are priceless!

In 2005, we met Ranch Pratt, founder of UROC® and Rock Crawling, at event in Phoenix, Arizona and after telling him about our park we were offered to promote the first ever UROC® Professional Rock Crawling competition in Mexico. Labor day weekend (Sept 2-3) was the judgment day for many and the fans were amazed at this new extreme rock motor sport that arrived to Mexico for the first time. We still recall when we began promoting and no one believed us. Well we would like to thank the faithful 3900 fans, friends and family that were present to witness the carnage!

After the last Super Crawl championship held in Phoenix December 2006, we needed some more adrenaline rushing Bongo®, that is when we discovered a new faster extreme rock motorsport called "ROCK RACING". ROCK RACING was founded by XRRA® and is one of the fastest growing motorsports in the world since 2005! The FIA WORLD RALLY spoiled the Guanajuato natives and now we are ready to show them that rock crawlers can jump and go fast as well! This only keeps getting better!

After contacting Mike and Jodi Weaver, Founders of XRRA® Rock Racing, we decided to hold our first Rock Racing event at our extreme offroad park. MXRRA® (MEXICO ROCK RACING ASSOCIACION) Extreme Rock Racing was born April 29, 2007 at PLANET GTOROCKS® in Guanajuato, GTO Mexico. This type of racing was something else! Mexican fans loved it!!! And we got addicted to it!!! THANX XRRA® for this opportunity!
