Suzuki started making 4x4's in the 60's. It started out very basic and has kept that tradition. Jimny, Samurai, Sierra and later the much improved Vitara and Grand Vitara. Affordable and light vehicles.
The first Suzuki 4x4 had a lot in common with the original Jeep. Similar dimensions and the same bolt pattern. Short and light weight made them ideal for easy handling and not sinking into deep mud.

Suzuki Festival When you say Suzuki, you think Grand Vitara, going out on the weekend to the family home which is on a road that's slightly rough, or a barbecue in the forest. But among the few off road lovers, a Suzuki, be it a Samurai, a Vitara or a Jimny is a treasure if modified and cared for properly.

Suzuki Fest - 2010 - Every off road brand has it's own group of admirers. Friendships have been made and broken by owning a model from the same car manufacturer. We had the chance to participate in the third and most entertaining (so far) edition of the Suzuki Fest.

Suzuki Fest 2009 As we've already been accustomed, the end of the summer brought a new and improved edition of the Suzuki Festival in the heart of Transylvania. To prove that size does not necessarily matter, 28 Suzuki trucks sporting various modifications (from almost standard Jimnyes to a tray back Vitara with Volvo portals and an impressive vacuum cleaner - hose type snorkel).
2001 Suzuki Grand Vitara - Jarrod has some property in N.C. that he goes to often. Pretty much mud and woods. Also a large field that is pretty much a giant mud bog when it rains. There are a few different places to go around where he lives now in MO. A lot of rocks and mud.

1986 Suzuki SJ 410 - Björn Ingi from Iceland uses this Suzuki mostly for winter four wheeling in north part of the country where he lives and in the highlands of Iceland.
